The plans I drew up for the A-frame the guineas live in.  The plan calls for 2"x4" lumber but I ended up using 2"x3" because there is no real load bearing on them, and they are considerably cheaper.  I did use 2"x4" for the ridge pole, and the bottom plates because I wasn't able to get pressure treated 2"x3"s nor was I able to get a single 12' long 2"x3" for the ridge pole.
